Handra at the front desk was lovely and attentive, and the customer service from the desk team was excellent. The location works well, with lots of food just a short walk away. I appreciated the keyless entry and covered parking. The room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view, with good shower pressure. It’s a bit dated, but that’s understandable in this old part of town, and cleanliness is what matters to me. I’ll stay here again.

We stayed for over a month and had no problems. The staff were extremely helpful, and it was a wonderful visit. I’d happily return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Handra at the front desk was considerate and very helpful. We’d booked through a site that made us think the Cassandra hotel allowed pets, but it doesn’t. Staff were surprised when we arrived with a cat, yet they let us complete our stay as long as we paid for the deep cleaning they arranged to prepare the room for the next guests. They handled it professionally and courteously.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and quieter than I expected, so I could relax after a long day. I had a great stay at the Cassandra Hotel.

Handra at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. She let us check in early because we needed to attend my husband’s special event at 4pm, and I really appreciate her help getting us settled. The room was spacious and clean, with a great city view. From my first inquiry call through check-in, everything at Cassandra Hotel was fantastic. We’ll return.
