We spent more time at the hotel than usual because it was so comfortable and accommodating. After leaving our previously booked hotel because it smelled bad and was unclean, Hyatt gave us a great price and let us check in at noon, so we weren't stuck without a place between hotels. They also arranged late checkout for a small fee to suit our late flight. The service and location were both excellent. Breakfast on the 34th floor had great food and a great view, and we enjoyed the restaurant “grain” on the main floor too. Thanks, Hyatt.

We stayed here for three nights and, for the price, it's one of the best hotels I've tried. It may have helped that I visited outside vacation season. The rooms were really spacious, the beds super comfortable, and the amenities were great, including a Starbucks in the lobby. The view was lovely, and the downtown location was perfect, with shops and restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. I'd definitely book again!

The pool was spotless and well cared for, and having the hot tub, sauna, and fully equipped gym nearby made it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities. The hotel had a lively Lunar New Year feel thanks to the thoughtful decorations. We had a comfortable, seamless stay at the Hyatt Regency on Burrard Street, from check-in right through departure.

The 34-floor Nature Hike, or Stair Challenge, was a fun surprise. I also really liked the fitness room, the view, and my clean room with its comfortable bed. I'm a Marriott and Hilton rewards member, so I wasn't thrilled when I found out my conference was at a Hyatt. That changed when I arrived. I'd happily stay here again.

The staff went out of their way for us. After we'd checked out, they let us use their microwave for our breakfast leftovers and brought us cutlery and water without us even asking. There wasn't a microwave in the room, but they offered to bring one up. The service desk staff also greeted us whenever we passed by with my family. The gym is larger than most hotel gyms, with six treadmills, five ellipticals, kettlebells, medicine balls, two Peloton Bikes, a water rower, cable machines, and the usual equipment. It was great for me since I like to work out on vacation. The heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice too. We felt safe walking around with our family and luggage. There are lots of restaurants, food trucks, and popular shops within a 10-15 minute walk, and the nearest train station is about a 10-minute walk away. I've stayed at other hotels in this price range, and this one was better for service and amenities. I'd highly recommend it and come back.
