We’ve been coming back regularly for two years, and now our friends and family love staying here too. The apartments feel high-end throughout, and the staff are always around and happy to answer questions. It’s close to so many great spots in Yaletown. Thanks, Smithe Team, for everything you do. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere great to stay.

Nash and the team even helped me out when I needed to leave some items with them temporarily. They were helpful with all my questions, too. Staying at Smithe House gave us a home-away-from-home feeling, and we felt like locals while visiting Vancouver. It made exploring the city even more enjoyable, and we left with such good memories. Thanks so much for looking after us.

The suites are roomy, with full kitchens and laundry, so they work well for a longer visit. Check-in was easy to do ourselves, and the downtown location is central and walkable. Smithe House is clean and modern. A good fit if you care more about privacy and practicality than hotel-style service.

The host was easy to reach, kind, and helpful when I needed anything. The location made it simple to get around, and I felt looked after and comfortable the whole time. Everything was clean and cozy, just as described, and had been thoughtfully set up, so the stay felt easy and stress-free. Love, love this place 😩. I had a lovely time and would happily return. Thanks so much, I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

We could walk to lots of great restaurants from The Smithe House, which is in a convenient part of Yaletown. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. Check-in went smoothly, and customer service got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. We had a great stay and would come back.
