I was in Vancouver for an extended stay for medical care, and Manfred and his team were wonderful and very accommodating. It was clean and a nice place to recover.

I've been to Vancouver several times for medical issues, and finding somewhere to stay can be a real challenge. Alma house is affordable, clean, and comfortable, and they were very accommodating during our stay.

I couldn't get into my room when I arrived, and nobody answered my calls for hours. I booked another hotel, then finally heard back 12 hours later. They still charged me for the full stay. Very dissatisfied.
