Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaudreuil, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean, the service was good, and breakfast was good too. Our only complaint was getting just one towel for two registered guests in a suite.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff were friendly. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area, but booking our hockey tournament stay got off to a stressful start. I’d called the hotel directly and requested Friday and Saturday nights with the team. Somehow the reservation was entered for Thursday and Friday instead. When we arrived Friday, it had been cancelled because we hadn’t shown up the night before. They sorted out a room for the nights we’d originally asked for, but I was still charged for Thursday. I was told someone authorized to issue the reimbursement would correct it, so I still need to check that the bill gets changed. At first I was worried we’d have nowhere to stay with the team.

My parents are frail and elderly, and after a fire at their home we stayed here for several weeks. The staff treated them with such patience and gentleness, and kept trying to make them feel at home during a terrible time for our family. I’m so grateful for everything the hotel staff did for us, day after day. They went above and beyond.

Breakfast was fresh every morning and had a great range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our family’s stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for too. The location made it easy to get around and was close to major attractions. We had a perfect experience at Holiday Inn Express Montreal, really enjoyed our time there, and would definitely return. I’d recommend it to families visiting Montreal.
