We were so grateful for how the staff handled an important item we accidentally left behind. They were efficient and accommodating, and our worry eased right away. After we sent a waybill to help with its return, it arrived by post just a few days later. Special thanks to Hannie, who was a superstar, and to Molly and Princess for sorting everything out so quickly and effectively. We found the hotel last week while planning a last-minute overnight trip to Toronto. The suite layout fit our family of five easily, and breakfast was included. The staff were kind and wonderful from check-in through check-out. Thanks so much!

My family and I had a very comfortable, secure stay over three days. The staff were polite and gave excellent service. The parking lot security officer was especially helpful and kind, assisting me several times. We often saw him patrolling and checking the cars through the night to keep everything safe. His dedication and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended.

The room was large, with a bedroom, bathroom, and another area with a full kitchen, couch, and TV. It came with utensils, plates, and a dishwasher, so we didn't need to bring those. It was fairly clean except for dirt caked on top of the fridge, which we wiped off. We brought Lysol wipes. We were there for 10 days because of my daughter's appointment and chose it for the kitchenette and its proximity to her therapy place in Woodbridge Ontario. The smell of other people's cooking hit us on the way to the room every day. They can't control it, but keep it in mind if you have food allergies. There was confusion at check-in and they charged the full stay plus the damage deposit on the first day. At other hotel brands, even for stays of 10 days or more, I'd only been charged on the last day. The manager sorted it out after we spoke, and they apologized, but check that you're not being charged the full amount upfront. Some garbage cans weren't emptied every day, and we had to call down a couple of times. With a daughter under one, leaving diapers in the bin for more than a day smelled unpleasant. About half the laundry machines didn't work or worked poorly, and the room and machines were filthy, as if they hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was average, though the waffles were good. Would I stay again? Maybe, if the price was right.

The room layout surprised us in a good way. With kids, having a door between the bedroom and living area made a big difference, and the kitchenette with a full fridge and dishwasher was a real bonus. We were in town for several days for our daughter's hockey tournament, so being able to prepare food saved us from eating out every day. Breakfast offered a consistent, varied selection. The toilet ran the first night, but maintenance came quickly when we called and was super friendly. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!
