Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway

We always have a good stay here, and I could see some changes since my earlier visits, perhaps because there's new management. The gym, pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great, and I liked seeing local soap and bath balms in the little market. Breakfast at The Met downstairs was a highlight: my steak fajitas with Hashbrowns were fantastic, and my husband's four points breakfast was great too. Daniela at the front desk was lovely and really good at her job. The lobby, room, and hotel throughout were sparkly clean, with spotless housekeeping and a comfy bed. The pillows were excellent, I want some. Highly recommend.

The gym was one of the nicest I've used, even compared with some high end hotels: spacious, cool, and equipped with a range of high quality weights and machines. We also liked having a restaurant on site and got excellent service, though the menu felt quite limited and could use more variety and interest. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were beautiful, and our room was sparkling clean with very comfortable beds. From the friendly, helpful front desk greeting onward, our stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Langford, British Columbia was relaxing and comfortable. I'd absolutely recommend it for a peaceful stay.

For only $20 more per night than an older, less enjoyable North Island hotel we used a couple of weekends earlier, this felt like excellent value. That other place had most amenities out of order, while here we had everything the hotel offers and a much larger room. We stayed in a very spacious corner balcony room, conveniently located for Hillside arena during our hockey trip. The staff also helped us come up with a few ways for the kids to burn off energy, which we appreciated since our generally well-behaved children can still be a handful. Thanks for making the trip enjoyable.

This was our second stay, and Daniela made check-in easy. She gladly upgraded us to a suite using our Marriott Bonvoy status. We had a really great stay.
