Best Western Wainwright Inn & Suites

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, including hot items and fruit kabobs cut into cute shapes. The pool area had just reopened after renovations and was clean, as were the rooms. Reception was especially friendly and welcoming. I’d stay here again.

The room was great, and we enjoyed the daily breakfast right through checkout. During our first stay here after working nearby, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the front desk and management were. We were also told about the manager’s special that evening, which included a free, sumptuous dinner. While sitting in the lobby, we saw staff recognize and treat frequent guests warmly. The membership and rewards promotions may also be useful for people who travel often, even at other locations. We’d gladly return for another memorable stay.

The hotel was clean and well kept, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent three days in town, and the whole team was welcoming. Housekeeping and maintenance staff greeted us and checked how our stay was going. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels during my travels, and they could learn a lot from the Wainwright team. Amazing service.

The breakfast is a real highlight, with burritos, Pierogis, and loads of fresh fruit. The jacuzzi was hot, and the gym and pool were well maintained. Definitely one of the best spots in the city.
