Mozaik Motel

UPDATE: I've now been accused of writing a fake review. I stayed with my husband and kids, and the reservation is under my husband's name. There's no drywall in the rooms, okay, but whatever the walls are made of, they're cracked, peeling, and falling apart. The young girl at the pool told us she lives on site with her mother and works there. Later, after another couple complained about having no blankets, I saw the mother carry two blankets into a new room. If she doesn't work there, it's unsettling that she can get into the rooms. They say there are no bed bugs, but the bites on me and my kids say otherwise. I killed the bug I saw right away and didn't think to take a picture. I'm not posting pictures of my children. That's what happened to us. The only thing that was even somewhat redeeming was the pool, which seemed fairly clean and well looked after. The property overall was in terrible condition. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of mold, with what seemed like Pine-Sol masking it. The carpet was damp, the lighting was nearly nonexistent with no lamps and just one dim ceiling light, and despite asking, we were told there might not be enough towels. There were none in our room, thankfully we had brought beach towels. The floors were so uneven that our heads were lower than our feet when we lay in bed, and both beds were missing a leg. The drywall was peeling right off the walls, adding to the neglect. In the morning while packing, I spotted a bed bug on the bed. That alone needs immediate inspection and treatment. The front desk employee lives there with her children, which isn't itself a problem, but the professionalism was badly lacking. It felt more like a chaotic living room than a business hosting paying guests. This motel needs major work on cleanliness, staffing, and basic amenities before I'd recommend anyone stay there.
