The pool overlooking the river was such a peaceful place to spend the afternoon, and everyone staying there was friendly. It felt like a family reunion, minus the drama! My two daughters and I had a wonderful weekend at Villa Nova Motel. Tony, the owner, greeted us with a smile and was kind from the moment we arrived. Our spotless room had a phenomenal mattress, and we all got some of our best sleep ever. I appreciated the silk pillowcases too, which are great for protecting your hair. We enjoyed a real espresso and met Tony’s wife, Nina, who was just as welcoming. Thanks as well to Edwardo for making the stay memorable. This is a hidden gem with a perfect location and personal, warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Villa Nova Motel.

The pool was a nice, quieter break from the hectic beach. It was my first stay at Villanova, and I recommend it to anyone. The bed was comfortable, the location is amazing, the owners are kind and helpful, and the price is great. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere was top notch, and it was a comfortable, cozy place with a private pool, BBQ’s to use, and plenty of outdoor seating. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The location is AMAZING, right across the street from the beach. 10/10 experience. If I come back to Wasaga Beach, I'll definitely stay here again.

There's a nice heated pool at the back, tucked away along a path, with warm water and plenty of lounge chairs. The motel is close to the beach, though Beach Area 1 has a lot of construction that will last quite a while. Many beachfront buildings have been demolished for a hotel and other modern structures. The motel itself is old, but the room was adequate, with lots of drawer space, a smart TV, and a newer, clean mini fridge and microwave. There was no coffee maker. I was in room #8 with a king size bed, but the bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. I still slept. There wasn't much air circulation and it felt musty even with the window open, probably because the room faced the inner section of the building.

The owners were pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. We had a great stay, with a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a great view of the beach. I'd highly recommend this place and will come back for more visits. 5 star service.
