Travelodge by Wyndham Wasaga Beach

The location was good, and the room could comfortably fit five people, but I wasn't satisfied with how dirty the hotel was. The room was old, and I had to clean the bathroom. We all asked for fresh sheets and towels, and there was a bottle cap by my bed from the previous guests. The air conditioner leaked enough to soak your socks if you stood beside it. The pool seemed questionable, so we didn't use it.

A nice spot for a getaway, and the one-night price was reasonable. The room was clean, though the porch patio needed attention, with lots of cobwebs and cups full of cigarette butts left by previous guests. Next time I'd like to stay closer to the beach.

We stayed one January night with family and were very disappointed. The carpets and rooms were dusty and dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was mouldy and some fixtures were broken. The patio door wouldn't shut properly, so cold air came in. I don't recommend this hotel.

Our spacious living quarters were very clean. We rented the two-floor unit some people call a loft apartment, with a balcony, two bathrooms, and four queen beds, two on each floor.
