The view of the lake is a real highlight, and there’s a pub on site with good food and beer. I paid $120 including tax for a room in the new building, which was great for the price. I was just passing through, and the five stars are mainly for how affordable it was. A great cheap stop while travelling.

Right across from the boat launch, and there’s a restaurant in the hotel for food, drinks, and sports on TV. For an older heritage building, it was quite clean, with no pet or musty smells. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice though I could’ve used a chair, and the sink and shower had amazing water pressure. Good value for the money.

I was in Wawa for six nights after a car accident, and this hotel was handy for getting to shops, restaurants, mechanics, and other places. It was also the best priced option in town at the time. The rooms were clean and nice, the staff and management were super friendly, and they had free morning coffee as well as the only pub in town. I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms in the detached new section were clean, updated, and a great place to stay. The front of the main hotel looked run down, and the lobby and reception felt a little dated. We were travelling through and just needed a night, but the friendly proprietor showed us room options, and I’d stay here again.

Check-in was quick and there was lots of parking, but the room stayed cold even with the heater on. A hole in the bathroom window let cold air inside. I definitely won't be back. 2/10.
