The manager heard us out when we raised everything at checkout and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The rest of the stay was rough. Our room had a strong mold smell, and stale smoke was noticeable as soon as we opened the door, even with a large “No Smoking” sign on it. There was black mold around the shower ceiling and a damp-looking, unfinished drywall patch, with dust left across the floor and toilet. The sink barely drained and bugs came up through it. Housekeeping made the beds but left no fresh linens, didn’t refill the toilet paper, and never vacuumed. The vending machines stayed empty for all three days, and one vending area had water leaking from the ceiling through a large hole. This property needs serious maintenance, repairs, and care, or its prices should reflect its current condition.

The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff were nice. Breakfast was good too, with waffles and hot boiled eggs. I visited last weekend and Komal at the front desk welcomed us warmly and got our check-in done quickly and smoothly. I’d recommend it to people visiting Kelowna.

The location worked well for everything I needed, and I left with a great impression of the stay. The housekeeping was especially good. Shravan and Narinder were dedicated to keeping things clean, paid attention to the details, and were always smiling and making sure we had what we needed. The staff were welcoming and accommodating from check-in onward. They deserve a lot of credit.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and motels, but this was the most disgusting place I’ve been. My sink was clogged, so I couldn’t brush my teeth, and the shower head didn’t work. There was black hair all over the shower, which left me wondering whether the bedding was actually washed. I complained at the front desk and was told the manager would call. No one did. I called again a week later and got the same promise, but three weeks have passed with no call back. I don’t recommend staying here.
