It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of room for our family in the clean, cozy three-bedroom apartment. We had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was especially useful on a longer stay. Greyhawk Whistler Premier is in a quiet spot, just a short distance from Whistler Village. One tip: read your email carefully beforehand for the access instructions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We came to GreyHawk 402 for a family trip celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The top-floor condo was quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with lots of seating for six in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was well stocked, and aside from a few small cleaning misses, the place was clean. It was mostly well maintained, though a few things needed attention: the hairdryer didn't work, a doorknob came off, and the dishwasher detergent dispenser was missing its cover. The biggest comfort issue was the queen mattress. It's old and low quality, the springs squeak when you move, and it was very uncomfortable. It should be replaced with something better. We had asked the company in advance about extra parking and were told visitor spaces in the gated area were first come, first served. When we arrived, none were available. Fortunately, street parking is an option outside winter. Customer service was average at best, with little effort to address our questions or concerns. No one even asked how our stay was at checkout. Since I'd mentioned the anniversary several times, it would've been nice if they'd acknowledged the special occasion. I'd recommend the unit, but hope the company considers making the suggested improvements.

The building feels a little dated, though it's cozy. It has a hot tub, sauna, and small workout area, and there's a dog friendly trail, lake, and golf course nearby.
