Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge

The staff were very polite and quick to help, and we had a pleasant stay. I chose the hotel because it was near the water park and the US border, with plenty of small eateries along the same road. Our two-queen room was clean, though smaller than the usual Comfort Inn room. It was a bit dated and musty, and there were a few stains on the sheets that could have been cleaned better.

We stopped here for the night before driving into the U.S. and had a great experience. Abdullah was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was just what we needed before getting back on the road. Convenient location and welcoming service, and the stay was comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.

The place was nice and cozy, with a good location and helpful staff, but there’s no elevator. There wasn’t a sofa or couch in the room, so we had to sit on the beds, and the only office chair had to be shared among three of us. Breakfast was average and had no halal options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they really tried to make a difficult stay better. Breakfast tasted good, but food kept running out faster than they could replenish it, despite the staff working hard to keep up. The room and facilities were a letdown. It smelled of smoke and must, and the carpets felt almost damp and smelled too. We found ants in the bed while sleeping and a beetle in the bathroom. The sheet hadn’t been changed and still had snot stuck to it. Comfort Inn needs to put more effort and money into cleaning and upkeep. The staff are doing their part, but the facilities let them down.
