The location was really convenient, with a market, Circle K, and barber nearby. You only have to walk a little for everyday needs. My room was clean and nice, and the service was helpful.

The room was quiet, beautiful, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a really spacious bathroom. The common area was bright and clean too. We were caught in a snowstorm and couldn't find a room anywhere until the Sandwich Boutique Hotel showed availability. We booked online, and Joe met us in the driveway, brought us in, and showed us around. We could text him if we needed anything. A very beautiful place to stay.

Susan, one of the managers or owners, was kind, professional, and very accommodating. The hotel had closed as a precaution while road construction was going on. My Expedia booking wouldn't let me cancel, but Susan made sure I could. She even made me want to book again once the beautiful building is open.

We needed a last-minute hotel, and this one was available. I'm glad I didn't overlook the little place. In my opinion it's more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and it looks pretty cool inside an old post office. The owner was friendly and hospitable, met us, and showed us around. He said he and his wife do this for fun.

I didn't stay because of the long, dark stairway, which felt like a stairway to heaven. This is a renovated house for rent, and I found the listing misleading and the reviews fake. What kind of hotel makes you call 20 minutes before arrival and wait for the owner to come open the door? You have to climb a long, dark staircase to reach your room. If minus stars were possible, I'd give it minus ten.
