I came back after a few months and was pleasantly surprised by how much the property had improved. The rooms and bathrooms are so much better now, and the new management has really taken the place up a level. Highly recommend!

It's sad to see how this stretch of motels off E.C row on Howard Avenue in Windsor, Ontario has changed. It used to be a well-regarded central spot for travelers and locals to have a family meal or stay, away from busier areas. For at least the past ten years, these small motels have had a reputation for bad experiences and high prices. In my opinion, based on what I know and what others have shared with me, this establishment isn't fit for even a cockroach, which would flee for its life. A relative came in from out of town for a funeral without knowing the area. He doesn't have a cell phone, and told me on arrival that his room didn't even have a phone for local calls. I looked up the motel's number, which turned out to be a cell phone, but nobody answered and the mailbox was full. For the price they charge, I hope this review helps: use a travel site, because for $35 more a night a hotel suite in a better location is available. Shame on the owners for this B.S. I hope the mayor and city start paying attention to what's happening in our city and for Windsor's future.

I stayed at the motel for a couple of nights last month. The room was clean, a decent size, and the staff were great. It was a pleasant visit, and I'd definitely recommend it.

This place was awful. My family and I saw two bed bugs on the couch in our room. When I called the front desk, they wouldn't move us, and in the morning the woman who said she was the manager acted like we'd brought the bugs in. I was really offended by her attitude. The room smelled of stale cigarettes, had an old tube TV, no hangers, poor water pressure, a broken heater, and a broken window blind. The ceiling paint was peeling, the door was broken and multicolored, and the towel rack fell off the wall. Housekeeping was slow and wouldn't give me extra towels. The maintenance man couldn't fix the heater, so they gave me a small electric one, and my son had to help him with the blind. The restaurant food was basic and plain, and the staff were rude. Don't waste your money and risk taking bed bugs home.
