I was looking for the cheapest one-night stay in Windsor, and this place certainly fit the bill. I slept really well and wasn't disturbed, and DoorDash got there quickly. Still, it felt like a rushed landlord flip: sloppy paint, thin walls and curtains, and what looked like wall repairs made with caulk and tape. The outlet by the bed was a chain of extension cords. I saw what seemed to be just one bathroom for the whole house, and I couldn't tell whether the odd textured patches on my room's walls were caulk or water damage, or both. Maybe the worst place I've stayed, but on a tight budget I'd probably come back.

We stayed more than a week and had a great time. The place was very quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfy, towels were fresh, and the kitchen was spacious. The price was very affordable, too. Our host was friendly, soft-spoken, and respectful.

The bathroom floor was cold, and the kitchen was dirty with no glasses. I stayed in a basement room where the ceiling was only 180 cm high, which felt very uncomfortable. The kitchen doorway was low enough that you could bump your head going in.

The rooms are okay for the price. It would be helpful if they had a map or even basic directions for getting to the Windsor Detroit tunnel or bridge.
