The neighborhood felt very safe and was beautiful and easy to explore on foot. We stayed three nights in September to meet some American friends visiting us in Canada, and it worked out as a lovely place to get together. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and both the staff and other guests were delightful. Breakfast was amazing and huge. Renee, the owner, was easy to work with and very accommodating, and gave us some fabulous restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We’d gladly come back and highly recommend it.

The location was decent, but the room smelled smoky, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the mattress was quite worn and needs replacing. Check-in felt awkward, like we were imposing, and the service was so-so at best. The innkeeper assumed we wouldn’t want breakfast without asking us first.

The beds were really comfortable and the place was clean. Breakfast was well prepared each day, and the service was excellent. Some things are dated, though. The TV remote only works from about five feet away, and the whole house felt too warm for me, so I brought a fan and kept it running. We had a great weekend, and for the price the accommodations are a great deal. I’d highly recommend it.

I really liked the Victorian style, and the balcony that runs around the house was a nice spot to read and relax. The room was comfy and the water hot. Best of all was the three-course breakfast for such a low price. I had a great stay, thanks!

The full breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the hospitality was very warm. I stayed a couple of nights recently and had a wonderful time. Corinne's corner felt cozy and comfortable, and the Jacuzzi tub was relaxing.
