Canad Inns Destination Centre Windsor Park

I get up early, and there was nowhere to get coffee in the lobby or enjoy any of the usual little perks. Altos doesn't open until 7, and since this is a smaller hotel, I think they could have something available in the lobby. My husband gets up later, so sitting in the room isn't an option for me. The restaurant is my main complaint, but the hotel could help with this. For its age, the property is well maintained and the rooms are clean.

After driving 2.5 hours, we arrived with a confirmation number and email from a reliable third party, only to be told they couldn't find our reservation and were sold out. We waited more than 30 minutes without anyone resolving it, then had to scramble for another hotel. Now they're trying to keep part of our refund because they told the third party we stayed there. They lost our booking, turned us away, and gave false information about our stay. This felt like a complete scam. Avoid it if you don't want this kind of hassle.

We had a really enjoyable family stay and will definitely come back. The room was comfortable, the restaurant served great food with great service, and the pool and waterslide were lots of fun. The staff were exceptional. I've never had better service at a hotel.

The waterslide was under maintenance when we had booked a room for a birthday party, and the hotel let us know a couple of days ahead. It was disappointing, of course, but they did more than enough to make it right. We had a great time on a later date once the slide was ready. Autumn went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thank you!
