The other guests made the stay unbearable. There was foot traffic all night, and my husband kept worrying someone might break into our vehicle. The walls and floor are thin, so sounds carry easily. Kids ran and stomped around at all hours. We put up with the first night, but the next was awful, with people yelling, screaming, and fighting. The night before had seemed bad, but that night was atrocious. My husband went to speak to the front desk worker, who had just arrived and seemed to know more about what was happening than the night manager. The manager was on the phone with the cops and didn’t seem to know how to talk to them. Hopefully things improve, but we’re never staying there again.

The rooms are fine and it’s close to other amenities and the airport. But there were homeless guys wandering around the hotel all night. People came and went loudly until after 1:00 am, knocked on room doors and talked, and ran down the hall at 4:30 am. I’d rather sleep in my car than pay $225 for that.

The room on the third floor was updated, clean, and had a comfortable bed with nice shower pressure. The front desk guy was friendly and helpful. The motel is under renovation, as people have said. I’m only holding back a fifth star because the outside area felt a little unsafe, with a few people wandering around aimlessly. I wish there were a way to secure the yard and vehicles, though I think that would be difficult. Thanks for a nice stay.

We didn’t know the building was undergoing major renovations. Everything around was dirty and gross, and breakfast was clearly affected. Our room was clean and nice, but smelled of glue and construction. The toilet paper was one-ply, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the door didn’t close or lock right. We almost couldn’t get out of the room. When we told the front desk, they didn’t care at all. Stay somewhere else.
