After a long day of travel, we arrived to more stress instead of a smooth check-in. The phone reservation process was confusing and disorganized, and Matthew, who handled our booking, added to the confusion rather than helping. He told us the price would match the online rate, but we were charged more than the amount listed online. That was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. I rarely leave reviews, but I hope the hotel improves its phone booking system, keeps prices transparent, and trains staff better so other guests don’t face the same frustration.

The room was clean, with no carpet, and the mattress was new. My wife approved too, and I’d definitely stay here again.

There’s a pin for room access, and the room has what you need. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. The ice is by the stairs, and there’s no elevator. The staff were great, and the Chinese restaurant on site was excellent.

A calm, quiet place with a comfortable atmosphere, and the room and washroom were super clean. The temperature was just right. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in this price range. Highly recommend if you’re in the city and not sure where to stay!
