Tulip Motel

The owner went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and the location is really nice too. I had a very comfortable stay at tulip. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a short stay in town.

For the price, I don't think you'll find a better place around Woodstock. The Tulip Motel is just right for a good night's sleep: quiet, clean, comfy bed, and friendly, helpful staff. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The small bathroom has been recently updated, and I found it clean and pleasant. It was better than the more expensive hotels I'd stayed at earlier that week. The LG TV has a streaming device, so I could watch YouTube and cast from my phone or tablet, something the other hotels didn't offer. I do think the TVs at hotels could be a bit brighter, and I'd be glad to help calibrate one as an amateur on my next visit. :-)

The host was really kind and personable, and the room was nice with a comfy bed. It’s close to downtown and the restaurants on Dundas. There’s a fire stick on the TV, so you can easily log in to your own account. Can't beat the price, and I’ll definitely stay here again 👍

They helped me and my two children get a roof over our heads at the last minute, as an emergency, week after week. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and everyone was friendly and treated me like family. They were very kind and accommodating, always checking if we needed anything. Sometimes they'd surprise the kids with a free pop or something, and they brought out a basketball net and ball for my son. I'd recommend staying here and would come back. The beds were clean, and I personally checked that there were no bed bugs. Thank you, guys. You've helped me a lot, and I appreciate you.
