Arrowhead Motor Inn

Our house is still being renovated, so we spent four days at this motel. The room was great and very clean, with soft pillows and a really good shower. The staff were friendly, and we were so pleased with the service. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks so much.

We slept really well. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had hot water and great pressure. We were glad to find this place open during the snowstorm, and the front desk service was awesome. The woman working in the evening was very kind, as was the man there in the morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in those conditions. We’ll be back!

The bathroom floor was filthy, there was hair in the shower, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. I found hair on my pillow and scattered across the sheet. Earlier, nobody came to the front desk even after I called out and phoned for about 20 minutes. When someone finally responded, I was told the room wasn’t ready, though I only needed the key and planned to come back later. $120 a night for this.

I stayed here on and off for work for more than three months. Hot water was often missing when the hotel was busy, and every time I found hair in the bed, on the pillow, or both. There was hair on the towels too, and the walls had snot, food, and other things smeared on them. Once, I raised the issue with the man there and asked for clean linens. He gave me a lot of attitude and asked if I’d put the mess there myself. On another stay, I was reading in bed while my roommate watched TV when the bed suddenly collapsed through its frame. I was left staring at my feet and the ceiling.
