The whole visit felt warmer because of Francine. She kept things on track without hovering, made sure we had what we needed, and brought such a lovely energy. From the start she was welcoming and kind. Service like that really matters. Thanks, Francine!

Grace, the hostess, made our time there so enjoyable. I only stopped by to visit someone, but the paillotte service really surprised me. The food was amazing, and the people serving us were just as impressive. This place is simply the best. I’d recommend anyone visiting DRC for a holiday come by and enjoy Congolese food.

Breakfast was a great option, and the service was very good in general. The staff were engaged and ready to help when needed. Madame Francine and Mr. Papy really made the atmosphere and experience worthwhile.

Security were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile even when my dog barked or snarled now and then. Mme Jenny also made my nervous dog feel welcome, with bowls, a card, and a snack on his arrival day. Breakfast was a particular highlight, and Mme Laura, Mme Hornella, Mr Pitchou, Mr John, and their colleagues greeted us with lovely smiles and wonderful service. Thank you all.
