It's a great place, but the DJ at the lounge bar is awful. Please fire him.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and they found ways to assist even when communication was difficult because I don't speak French. I don't know the hotel's price since we were placed here as compensation for problems with our Ethiopian flight.

I've never had a worse experience. The service was poor, and there was no backup electricity. My room was right beside construction, and banging woke me at 7 a.m. with nobody bothering to explain what was going on. We also had to switch rooms because brown water was coming from the taps.

I was lucky to give it even one star. It was noisy, the power kept cutting in and out, and there was practically no water pressure. No Wi-Fi, kettle, creamer, or hangers. The two beds had been pushed together with a badly fitting piece of foam on top. Getting water was a struggle, and they couldn't find the keys. The problems just kept piling up. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff are great, and it's close to Pullman, though away from the city center. The rooms need an upgrade.
