The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The location worked perfectly for getting to public transport and major attractions. The manager was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure things were right. I had a fantastic time at Hilton Kinshasa and would highly recommend it.

The food was amazing, and there’s a lot to choose from for drinks, with 3 bars and 2 lounges, including one on the rooftop. Hilton Kinshasa is beautiful, and the hotel staff were so pleasant. Alison, Francine, Diego, Kennedy, Ruth and Kevin really helped make my visit a great one. Keep up the good work!!!

Fanny, the manager, welcomed us warmly and looked after us through the evening. The view from *La Vue*, Hilton’s rooftop terrace, was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything went smoothly, with impeccable service. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend *La Vue* to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a beautiful moment.

I need to keep my own food cold for dietary reasons, since I prefer to eat food I bring in some places, and I don’t want to get sick. But the minibar wasn’t working even though it looked like it was. They replaced it, and the new one had the same problem. Another customer told me this is a common issue here, and reception admitted it later. The hotel is clean and probably the best in the area, but this feels like negligence and isn’t good enough for Hilton. For such a good, new hotel, why choose the cheap option?
