I had to switch rooms three times because the safes were broken, and the locker in my last room stopped working too. The room also felt short on basics: there were no coffee stirrers or slippers, and the flooring seemed budget rather than premium. It really needs a rug or mat. I wouldn’t give it four stars.

There are always taxis outside, so getting to the beach is a short ride. The location suited what I needed. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and spoke great English, and each room had its own AC. The pool area was lovely, the food was good, and drinks were reasonably priced.

The food was amazing and the staff were great. The gym is the weak point: there isn’t even a complete set of dumbbells, so you have to keep changing them. The machines feel cheap and are hard to use. They do have gym staff, which may be useful for some people.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The rooms outside by the pool are really nice, and breakfast is decent too. It’s also close to the port.

There’s a lovely poolside space with lots of trees, plus open air restaurants and live performances on weekends. The hotel also has halls for conferences or parties. It’s decent overall, though room service needs work.
