The dinner was a real highlight, especially the lemon key lime tart, which blew us away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too. A fantastic stay, and highly recommended for a summer trip to Zinal!

We were doing the haute route walk, so the lovely clean room and bathroom were much appreciated. The location in Zinal is perfect, opposite cafes, bars, and a supermarket, and it’s a fantastic place to stay and eat. Service was excellent, and the three ladies who helped us at check-in, dinner, and breakfast were so friendly and welcoming. I hope to come back.

We dropped into the restaurant on a whim for dinner, though we weren’t staying there. The food was excellent, there were gluten-free options, and the crème brûlée was delicious.

Christophe, the owner and a bike enthusiast, was friendly and helpful, and I’m really grateful for his help this week. The restaurant staff were friendly too, and I really enjoyed the local ale. I’m looking forward to coming back and having dinner later this week.

The service was grumpy, and the bill was higher than the menu prices. The large salads were listed at 18 sfr both outside and inside, but we were charged 22 sfr each when we ate there almost two weeks ago. We left disappointed. Not cool.
