That mountain room was lovely, and breakfast was really good too, especially the Nespresso coffee and the bread and eggs. The staff made a tough day much easier. After I had an accident and needed a doctor, one of them drove me 15k to Evolene, waited while I saw the doctor, then brought me back. When I returned, the receptionist went out of her way to figure out how I could keep to my planned Haute Route stays using public transport since I couldn't hike anymore. I'd love to come back.

After a long stretch of hiking, this place felt like a welcome oasis. We were comfortable, everything was clean, and the views were beautiful. The restaurant was lovely, with great local specialities, and the friendly staff looked after us well. Highly recommend eating here too.

The massage was the best part for me after three days of hiking. Claudine was exceptional! The room was simple but clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of mount Collon from the window. I was surprised by how upscale the hotel restaurant felt, and the food was truly delicious.

We were staying at another hotel and stopped by to try a restaurant in town for lunch. I spotted a bacon cheeseburger on the menu, so I had to order it. It was a proper bacon cheeseburger, and very good, as were the fries and little side salad. The food quality was very good overall. I forgot to ask for the burger well done, so it came medium-rare, which is typical in France. My mistake, and something to remember next time. Service was very good too. Our waiter was polite and patient with us, as non-French-speaking Americans. They had two beers on tap. We'd definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here in August 2019 while hiking the Haute Route. The town was quiet at night, and our room was very nice. The staff kindly lent us an electrical adapter so we could recharge our gear. The food was very good, though pricey, as it is everywhere in Switzerland.
