Things I ordered and paid for never arrived, but the receptionist was the worst part. He was angry, not helpful, and really unpleasant. I’d recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere with a nicer boss and more helpful service.

We had a very strange interaction with the receptionist. He didn’t want to speak any language other than German, so we tried to be patient, speak German, and ask for help with parking. He just sat there in awkward silence until his eyes were wet, which made us really uncomfortable. Later we saw him chatting happily with other German-speaking guests, so we felt discriminated against. Zero stars.

A lovely, clean, comfortable apartment with beautiful scenery.

The accommodation is spacious and works well for four or five people. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Weisshorn cable car, with a slightly longer uphill walk on the way back.

The apartment was clean, and the owners were really nice. For the price, it’s pretty good. I did miss having a toaster and microwave in the kitchen, though. The washing machine didn’t work, and the internet dropped out several times.
