That it was open on a Monday was a real bonus. We had a lovely meal, with great food and friendly service in a pleasant setting. The menu du jour offers good variety week to week and is great value. I’d have liked a few more wine options and a cheese choice on the dessert menu, but those little things didn’t take away from the experience.

The original crockery gave the meal a nice extra touch. We came for lunch and chose the menu of the day, and the quality was really impressive. The atmosphere, setting, and views are fantastic. Definitely a good lunch choice.

The breakfast was delicious, served right on time at the table, and inexpensive. We only stayed one night after spontaneously looking for a good hotel, but were so glad we found this place. Three adult generations and our puppy all felt very welcome in the familiar atmosphere. The rooms were cosy, clean, and modern, with their own bathrooms, and we could see Lake Geneva from both the restaurant and our rooms. The restaurant service was lovely, and the creamy cheese fondue was great. There’s too much to say about how much we enjoyed the stay. Merci beaucoup!

I was having such a good time that I forgot to take photos. The dessert alone is a must, a really original take on floating island. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, with generous quantity as well as quality. The staff were also exceptionally welcoming and kind. Incredible experience, I’ll definitely return!

We tried the restaurant’s specialty and it was incredible, especially with those top-notch homemade fries. The waiter was remarkably kind. Even in such a fast-paced job, he took the time to do things properly and, more than anything, with real care. We’ll definitely be back.
