A clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet area, only a five-minute walk from the lake promenade. My room was small, though clean, and the reception staff were nice. Breakfast had limited options but was nicely presented in a room full of natural morning light, which was a plus. I'd suggest management pay attention to having Italian spoken around the hotel too, since we're in Ticino, and not just German. Thanks!

I'm a golfer, so Mirador being next to golf ascona was one reason I chose it. It's also near the lago and within walking distance of Ascona's main part, the lido, with all its fine restaurants. We had a lovely stay, with a warm welcome that made it feel like home, and excellent service.

The family running this place made us feel very welcome. Our recently refurbished room was excellent, and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very good too. It's just a short walk to the waterfront. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.

Everything was clean and modern, and the service was friendly. Our room was huge, with a nice little balcony and a modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and the hotel is in a quiet spot that's still nicely close to the center. A great find for the price, and we'll definitely come back if we're in Ascona again.

A quiet, lovely neighborhood and only a ten-minute walk to the Ascona lakefront, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. It's a very nice family-run hotel.
