Read their reviews before coming. Do NOT stay here! This was the worst place ever, with miserable service at the desk. They took our money and gave us zero service, ruining our week. I've never had such a bad experience in Switzerland, and I won't return.

The food was good, and the service friendly.

Dear Sir/Madam, My family and I dined at your establishment, and we won't make that mistake again. Customers who arrived after us were served first, and the dishes that followed were shameful. The whole experience felt insulting. The salmon, cream, and saffron spaghetti had a grand name but no taste, and was drowning in peppers. The salmon was as elusive as common sense in the kitchen. The pizza was soggy, barely cooked, and bland, with an uninspired crust like it had come from a tired microwave. The Bolognese spaghetti had no sauce or flavor. Everyone at the table said "yuck," and even the children gave up. There was no apology or goodwill gesture, as though this were all normal. It wasn't dinner, it was a farce and a rip-off on a plate. I strongly urge you to rethink your standards, if you have any. This is rock bottom, and even the bottom of the plate was empty. Unacceptable. I'm taking the time to write, even though you clearly didn't take the time to do your job properly last night.

The staff were very kind, and the place itself is very nice with high-quality decor. The location is lovely, but our food was disappointing. The burger came overcooked despite being described as pink on the menu. The two beef fillets were poor, tough, and underseasoned for the price. The vegetables were mediocre and dried out, and the fries too salty. I wasn't convinced, and then waited 30 minutes for dessert. Luckily, that was good. It's a very nice place, but those parts still need improvement.
