I could happily have stayed in and relaxed in the flat. It has that real B&B charm, and it’s tucked away from the loud areas while still being about 10-15 minutes from everything in the city. Markus was lovely and walked me through the trams, places to eat, and useful local tips. I’d come back, so book early!

The breakfast add-on is a great deal at just +15 CHF, especially in Switzerland. The manager was both warm and professional, and this is the best B&B I’ve stayed in. If I’m back in Basel, I’ll stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time there and hope we can visit again.

The shower was especially lovely, big enough to relax in, and the room and kitchen were both beautiful, clean, and tidy. We were welcomed warmly, even given slippers to help keep the house clean. Breakfast was worth paying for, with everything provided and delicious coffee. We also got discounted tickets for the zoo or other museums. Of all the bed and breakfasts we’ve tried, this was the best, a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

We’d happily come back. The rooms were lovely, the host attentive, breakfast was good, and the location was just right.
