We went to Bern for a passport renewal and decided to come the night before to see the city. The hotel felt luxurious, and we especially enjoyed the lounge for an apero and a drink after dinner. It’s perfectly located across the street from the train station, and the staff were great. Highly recommended!

From the service and rooms to the hotel’s location, everything felt worthy of five stars. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across. They always greeted us with a smile and made sure our expectations were met. I have zero criticism, it’s hard to find anything wrong. The whole place is perfect. Well done.

Bern is a lovely city, and this hotel is wonderful, especially if you’re travelling by train. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Yannick deserves a special mention for going out of his way to assist us. A very good experience!

Arianna at reception made our first visit to Bern much easier with genuinely helpful tips, and she was both warm and professional. The room was lovely and roomy, with care taken over all the little details. Breakfast was excellent, and I was touched to find a small cake waiting in the room for my birthday. The spa is compact but has what you need. My only gripe was the cold plunge pool: the light at the bottom makes anything in the water very noticeable, so it could do with more frequent water changes.

Our room got pretty messy, but housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping it as tidy as possible. The spa's wet area was clean and lovely, too. Everyone was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks for a really nice stay!
