We were very grateful to be given a room so late at night when the Gotthard tunnel unexpectedly closed and left us stranded. The rooms are clean and good value for Switzerland, though they feel dated and could use a renovation. Thanks for looking after us so well.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and even showed us to our room, which you don't often see these days. The place is very clean and well located, even if the hotel itself isn't the most modern. For the price, the value is really good. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel is well located, and I really liked it. The waterfall, Cascata de Santa Petronilla, is beautiful! Breakfast had everything needed, including muesli, bread, jam, coffee and croissants. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff member was super friendly. The service was great, and I'd come back.

We were only stopping on the way through, but the owner took great care of us. He was kind and helpful, and even arranged for us to get something to eat at the nearby restaurant late in the evening. The rooms were clean and well equipped. We'd gladly stay again.
