The staff are what make Hotel Post stand out: they’re attentive, genuinely caring, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Everything feels calm and well run, and the hotel is honest about what it offers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the shared spaces are well maintained, and things feel practical and cared for rather than outdated or neglected. For a three star hotel, the quality, care, and genuine hospitality go well beyond expectations. A wonderful choice in Bivio if you value good conditions and authentic Swiss hospitality.

It feels like a place from a movie, with a warm welcome, tasty food, and very friendly staff. There’s lots of recreation around the hotel, including nature, lakes, mountains, ski slopes, and lifts, so there’s plenty to do in winter and surely in summer too. Great location, and I’d recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families.

The historic hotel has been renovated and preserved beautifully. The room and other facilities were super clean, and breakfast was good in the Swiss style.

We’ve stayed at Hotel Post three times now, and keep coming back for our holidays. It really is a gem in the Swiss Alps. Every day starts with a delicious breakfast, and the staff are friendly and professional, making us feel at home. I highly recommend Hotel Post in Bivio. See you again soon! Cheers, Edgar

We were given a superb two bed apartment in the annexe with our friends. The hotel is in a high mountain pass, where there isn’t much to do if you stay longer than one night. Drinks are expensive, though it’s a nice hotel.
