Magie Du Léman

The host is simply adorable, and the location is great. The apartment was warm and very clean when we visited in winter, with a wide private terrace and an amazing lake view. Breakfast is plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you need, though some things, like the oven and dishwasher, cost extra. There’s also a children’s room packed with toys, and all kinds of children’s beds are available. Fantastic!

The breakfasts were excellent, and there’s a very nice swimming pool. The terrace has a stunning view of the city. We were three people: the couple’s room was superb, but the single person’s room wasn’t. Luckily there were no other guests, since there’s only one bathroom. The weather was lovely, so we ate on the terrace; indoors there wouldn’t have been much space to eat if it had been busier. There were too many animals wandering around, even on the counters, which felt unpleasant while eating. Without a car, the guesthouse is too far from town.

The bedrooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the B&B Magie du Leman has a magnificent view of Lake Geneva, plus a large terrace with a pool. Mrs. Marina welcomed us warmly and was very helpful, regularly checking that we were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with homemade and artisanal products. Highly recommended!
