A great place to unwind and switch off. The apartment was quiet and really clean, and Valerie and David were very friendly hosts. It’s in an old mountain town, about 25 minutes by car from Locarno. There are some buses, but I’d strongly suggest having your own way to get around.

Make sure you have breakfast here. The owners bring so much that the dining table is almost too small for it all. The B&B is in a beautiful area, with very friendly hosts, and the apartment was spotless. The furnishings are distinctive and tasteful. We felt very warmly looked after, thank you!

There’s plenty to do nearby, from hikes that start right at the house to sightseeing around the area. The apartment sits in the old village, in an ideal spot for both. The owners are happy to share useful tips, so do ask them.
