The room smelled awful, like dead fish, and the big self-service area looked dirty. Food was tossed down in front of us, while someone warmed their hands by the microwave in the middle of the room. We had to sit right beside the toilets, and the windows were covered in snow. There wasn't enough cutlery, so two of us had to eat soup with forks. The place was in Shabs, with a bar being built right in front of us, and the pool cues had no tips. We came for a burrito, but they took us down to the basement and got the order wrong. Cold and overpriced too. Just an uninspiring experience.

The staff really made this little place for us. They were sweet and open-minded. We had a lovely stay over New Year's, and enjoyed the daytime après ski, which never felt like too much.

The location is great and the food tasted good, but I've never seen such a tiny serving of fondue. If you're hungry, check the portion size first.

We waited 40 minutes for four soups, even though there were only a few tables in the restaurant. When we asked the waiter to hurry them along, he bluntly said it was up to the kitchen, not him. Then he brought the plates over and literally threw them down in front of us like we were dogs. I don't recommend this place at all.
