The only disappointment was the restaurant menu next door. We partly chose the hotel for it, but a large group had booked the restaurant for all five days of our stay, so each night we could only choose cheese fondue or raclette. We had a gorgeous room, the Hermine Suite, and were grateful for the free parking. There was a good games room and a playground nearby, and breakfast was great. The staff were lovely too.

I stayed five nights and everything was nice. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Try for a room facing the mountain ⛰️

We had excellent food and could dine outside while looking at the majestic mountains. Two of us are vegetarian, and there were plenty of choices at breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. It was fabulous, and the chef was very accommodating to the vegetarians. The trout dinners two of us ordered were superb. My husband and I were travelling through the alps on a motorcycle trip with another couple, and stayed for two nights. The hotel is exquisitely beautiful, tucked into the alps in a breathtaking location. Our balcony views were spectacular, and the room was lovely, quiet, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. There’s great parking for motorcycles. All the staff were gracious, welcoming, and helpful. It was a delightful stay, 10 stars.

Spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent food, and very helpful staff. Jeremy and Lily come to mind. It’s a wonderful boutique-sized hotel, and the mountain views are an added bonus.
