We’ve been to this hotel a few times for the baths, pools and other amenities, and we love its mountain setting. But our last visit left us feeling judged and uncomfortable. At breakfast we asked for plant based milk, which had usually been available. We were told there wasn’t any, so one of us went out to buy some. While I stayed behind, I heard the restaurant chef joking about us with other people from the village. It seems that even in 2025, people at a four star hotel don’t understand why someone might prefer plant based milk. Then the chef and others kept talking loudly about us at the restaurant bar. I went over and asked what they found so funny. They looked embarrassed, and the chef started talking about the cost of plant based milk and how nobody but us had ever asked for it. The rest of the team did apologize in the end. That detail may sound small, but it says something. The place needs a big update: there isn’t a single plant based meal on the menu, and people asking politely whether one is possible are treated badly. In 2025, a hotel should at least respect guests who eat plant based or vegetarian, whatever their reason. I hope this changes, because the place itself is really nice.

The staff made our stay at Hotel Callier especially pleasant, and Micaela at the front desk deserves a special thank you for her exceptional service. We also loved the beautiful surroundings, our great room, the lovely spa and the fantastic food at the “4 Saisons”. A wonderful experience all round.

The bathing and sauna area was a great way to relax, and the view was incredible. We had an amazing weekend, with delicious food and wine and incredible customer service. We booked "The FANCY OFFFER RELAX AND GASTRONOMY FOR TWO" and had a whirlpool in our room plus other special surprises. A secret tip for an unforgettable weekend with your partner. We’ll definitely be back soon. Dear hotel staff, thank you for the service and such an amazing time. We’ll never forget it!

I especially loved the Hamama ritual with my daughter. The spa is very complete, and the whole experience was fantastic. I plan to come back. It’s ideal for a couple, a mother and daughter weekend, or a group of friends.

The food was delicious, and breakfast came with flowing pure chocolate for croissants, a real treat if you don’t mind putting on a few extra kilos. The rooms were very clean, and the bathing experience was exceptionally clean too. It’s conveniently connected to the thermal baths.
