Fine for a stay, but it isn't a business hotel, so don't expect strong Wi-Fi. Ours was around 5 mbit.

The hotel’s services feel poorly maintained and out of date. Wi-Fi failed about 90% of the time, and most of the electrical outlets didn't work. They only offered replacements when we asked. The washing machine was very old, charged by the minute instead of by program cycle, and was expensive each time. The hotspot also couldn't give us good enough internet to keep up with our affairs online. I appreciate that you tried to help, but that doesn't make up for management and the owner not subscribing to an internet package that meets guests' needs. The package seems expensive, in line with the high prices, but the services don't measure up to what the hotel currently charges.

Mary Lou made everything so easy, from the booking to fixing a mistake I had made. The service was so personal and non-commercial, I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool were spotless and all worked perfectly on both of our visits. We also had a fully working kitchen in our room each time, with everything needed to cook a meal, if we wanted to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. Rooms are much larger than at other places in Crans Montana, while the prices aren't too high. The view across the Rhone valley is spectacular, and on a clear day you can see the Matterhorn. I think every room has a view. My wife and I love this hotel and have now stayed a second time. The name Intergolf might put off non-golfers, but as far as I can tell, the hotel has nothing to do with golf. Staff were friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated the free room upgrade. For Crans-Montana, I think it’s very good value. I recommend it and look forward to returning.
