We found it easy to get around from Hotel Central: the hotel is across from one of the Crans Montana base areas and close to a stop for the free shuttle buses. Our room was cosy, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was pretty substantial. The crepe restaurant across the street was very good, too. A very enjoyable hotel for our ski weekend.

The location is excellent, but the rooms and breakfast are only average. The spa is tiny, so I wouldn’t count it as a selling point.

We came as a family, and the staff were incredibly friendly and flexible. We’d booked a weekend without checking the weather, but they let us come later in the same month for the same price. I also left my glasses behind when we checked out, and they sent them straight to my home address. Many thanks for the kindness and hospitality.
