The spa and pool are wonderful, and the views from them are incredible. We’ve stayed here four times now, and the warm hospitality and friendly staff keep bringing us back. It’s a really special, well-run hotel, and we’ll be back many more times.

We stopped at your place for a drink while visiting CM with a guest, and left very disappointed. After we asked for three glasses of Fendant, the server brought the wine but couldn’t tell us who produced it. He said he’d only been there three months and walked away. We understood he was new, but he could simply have brought the bottle over so we could see the producer. Instead, he stayed at the bar counter eating. The service felt incompetent and unprofessional, whether from lack of training or poor conduct. This is feedback for management to consider staff performance. We won’t be back. Good luck.

The Japanese restaurant on site was a highlight every evening, with delicious, authentic food. I also loved the spa treatments, which left me feeling rested and renewed. The calm mountain views made a beautiful setting for a peaceful getaway, and the mix of nature, luxury, and great dining made my stay unforgettable.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very good. Staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The bed and mattress, though, need a lot of improvement. It’s okay, about as good as it gets.

The stairs leading to the wellness area looked like they were cleaned very rarely. In the sauna, cleanliness was disappointing, and there weren’t clear instructions on how to use it. Most guests also weren’t using their towels properly to cover the wood.
