The service was top notch, and both the food and the cleanliness of the rooms stood out. The location is great too. I’d happily recommend staying here for a kosher vacation, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

I’d come back for the kosher food, but I’d have to think twice because of the room issues. The rooms are spacious and there’s room to put your luggage, but without AC the room smelled bad when we returned after a full day out. The bathroom had a terrible odor too. The bathtub is so high that I could barely get in and out, and there weren’t any outlets by the beds. The doors don’t lock automatically, so you have to take a key with you whenever you leave.

The meal itself was okay, and the service was friendly. I’d booked a double room with dinner included, but when I invited friends to eat, I was initially charged for all the meals. They corrected the bill after I complained. The same thing happened with the room: I’d booked a south-facing room with a balcony and was given a north-facing room without one. They moved me after I raised it, and the replacement room was lovely, quiet, and had a good bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The food and accommodation were good, but I had to complain to get what I’d booked.

We paid for three nights, but the promised apartment wasn’t provided. We had to find somewhere else to stay late at night, and nobody answered when we called. We’ve tried calling and emailing to get at least a refund. Are they bankrupt, or is this a swindle?
