Michael is incredibly friendly and helpful. The house works really well for a big group, with a kitchen properly equipped to cook for everyone. There’s plenty to keep teenagers busy too, including pool, foosball and ping-pong tables, plus two speakers. After a night of sledding, the roomy drying rooms meant our clothes were dry by morning.
Michael, the house manager, is around every day and is really helpful and friendly. We had the whole house for our altar server camp, so there was lots of flexibility with assigning rooms. The kids had great activities in and around the house, and the food and service were excellent. They cook with love. There’s also a bus every 30 minutes in both directions. We highly recommend the "Ob dem See" holiday home.
We had more than 30 kids with us at Ob dem See for a training weekend, and the place was fantastic. There was loads of space, it was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also had several bathrooms and bed linen was provided. The kids could use the table tennis with paddles, football, trampoline, games and balls. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, absolutely delicious, and the house was spotless the whole time. I spent four days there with my school, and there was loads to do, from soccer and volleyball to pool, table tennis and darts. Thanks so much, Michi!
We stayed several days at the start of November with our cross-country skiing team, and the sun shines right in front of the house around midday... perfect! It suits groups of 20 or more really well. Everything was clean, with lots of beds, a big kitchen, space for equipment, a ski room and a large drying room. There’s also a cozy living room and a small but nice disco downstairs.
