It's an affordable, convenient spot very close to Zurich Airport. Check-in was easy, the place was clean, parking was ample, and the basic amenities were there. Noise wasn't an issue. For loading or unloading, you can drive up to the entrance on the gravel road, then head toward the main street and onto what looks like the sidewalk in front of the stores. Cars are permitted there.

The rooms are spacious and nice, and the Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast could be better.

The staff dealt with my request quickly, even though reception is only open at certain times and you have to call for help outside those hours. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is simple but quite nice. The hotel is by a busy road, so having the windows open on a warmer day could be unpleasant. The soundproofing is fairly good, though, so it shouldn't be a problem on colder days. I can highly recommend it.

The staff were the best part of our stay: incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. The buffet breakfast is included, with great croissants and coffee, including decaf. Dinner portions are large and the meals are excellent, and the homemade iced tea is so tasty. Our room was huge, almost like a condo, and had Kleenex, a kettle, mini fridge and bathtub. It was very clean and comfortable. There's a luggage room, large and small pillows for different comfort levels, a playground for kids, and big, fast elevators. The tram is right outside and takes 19 minutes to the airport. A fantastic stay, and we'll come again. Thanks Hotel ZwiBack! Happy to support this heart-warming endeavour, helping the otherwise unemployable.

Since the hotel is in an apartment building, kids naturally play outside for most of the day. Bring earplugs if you need to sleep during the day. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast and coffee were good.
