The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes from the highway exit, with a big store nearby. It's a well built property, with quality furniture and comfortable beds. The staff and hotel manager are kind and helpful, and everything is very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to staying here again on business trips to Zürich.

It's four transit zones from central Zurich, so public transport gets a bit expensive. The place is clean and modern, but the room was small. There was no kettle or coffee maker.

There was nobody in the hotel or the restaurant downstairs, and the room wasn't very clean. Calling it an Airbnb would be more accurate. I didn't take photos or videos, but you'll see what I mean when you go there yourself.

The room is small but comfortable, and it costs enough that I expected it to be clean and free of bugs. Some insects came in through the door at night. They weren't dangerous, but it was still unpleasant.

Breakfast at the adjoining cafe was amazing. The food was really good, and the waitress was so friendly, helpful, and delightful. They deserve a five-star review of their own! The rooms were modern and clean, though the bathroom's glass door meant no privacy. Reception closes at 16.00, and we hadn't been told we'd need to collect our keykard from an outside machine after that. It took a while to get the keys because there was so much to fill in. I can imagine older guests finding the machine difficult.
